Slow down there, buddy!
Life has been moving quickly for West Noble Elementary principal Mark Yoder, who sped through his 60th birthday Thursday. The whole school and staff celebrated with Yoder in the gym, and the birthday boy took time slow down and pose with his birthday cake.
Congrats Mr. Yoder on reaching a new milestone, hope you had a great birthday!

Hey Charger Nation!
Just a reminder that starting at 9 a.m.. this morning, get on down to BZ on US 6 and take part in the Drive 4 UR Community event! Test drive any Ford on the lot between 9 a.m. and noon today and BZ will donate $30 per test drive back to West Noble schools. A very easy way to help the community support the community, and a free chance to test drive a new Mustang or F-150!

Just a reminder, stop by BZ this Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon to test drive a Ford. It's free to take a Mustang or F-150 or a new Bronco out for a spin, and if you do, BZ will donate $30 per car driven as part of the Drive 4 Ur Community event. If you see a West Noble student in the community with one of these tickets, bring it to BZ so they know you're there for the event!

It's all Greek to me!
West Noble's second graders celebrated the end of their unit on Ancient Greece with a trip to Mount Olympia (Charger Hill) to compete in Olympic-style games. Sprint races, javelin tossing and discus were all on the sport docket for the kids, who entered the arena with their representative flags and team headbands.

This week we recognize National School Bus Safety Week! We feel like we have the best bus drivers around, and they certainly want to make sure we have the safest and happiest kids going to and coming home from school and events each day!
If you see a driver this week, thank them for the job they are doing to keep our kids safe!

An unbelievably perfect Friday night for racing on the West Noble cross country course as the annual Charger Mile was again a successful event.
Kindergarteners through fifth graders all hit the course for a mile leg in a decade-long tradition put together by West Noble Primary principal and West Noble cross country coaching legend, Brian Shepherd.

Thank you to Sara Weimer and Amanda Nine for the photo help this evening!
